Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
10+ years in digital product management, programs, or AI tools within global organizations.
Proven Product Owner/Manager experience with roadmaps and backlogs.
Experience launching digital capability programs driving measurable outcomes.
Deep expertise with AEM, Poppulo, Typeface, and AI-enabled tools.

Responsabilités

Set strategy and multi-year roadmaps for digital communications capabilities.
Identify opportunities for AI-driven workflow automation across platforms.
Lead global onboarding, training, and change management for adoption of digital tools.
Collaborate cross-functionally to prioritize and deliver platform features.
Establish governance for investments in tools and use cases.
Lead website optimization for human and LLM readability and machine learning.
