Job summary

Climate First Bank is seeking an experienced Director of Deposit Operations & Treasury Management to own the Bank's Deposit Operations and Treasury Management functions. You will supervise daily back‑office activities, wires, ACH, and core processing, ensuring alignment with growth, risk management, customer experience, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent banking experience.
• 10+ years of banking experience preferred.
• Experience leading diverse teams from entry level to middle management.
• Strong understanding of deposit operations, treasury management, and digital banking.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day deposit operations and wires, ACH, and core system processing.
• Lead the Treasury Management team and commercial treasury operations.
• Plan improvements, allocate staffing, manage budget, and ensure controls.
• Develop and maintain department policies; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate audits and implement new products and services.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance service delivery.
