Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 15 years of related field experience.
• 5 years of people management experience.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the departmental Core Administrative team and manage finance, personnel, space, and operations.
• Lead staffing, policy development, and alignment with Dana-Farber strategic goals.
• Serve as liaison to Chair and Research Leadership to drive strategic initiatives.
