Job summary

Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, located in Boston and surrounding communities, seeks a Director of Network Operations to provide strategic leadership for regional campus operations, driving patient-centered care and continuous improvement across multiple sites. This role oversees staffing, scheduling, performance metrics, and cross-functional collaboration with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 8+ years of ambulatory care management or similar clinical care environment experience.
• 2 years of managerial and supervisory experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
• Project management, business planning, and/or implementation experience in healthcare preferred.
• Prior healthcare experience within a distributed campus strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 operational oversight of clinic functions, ensuring continuous, safe, and high-quality patient care across all hours of operation.
• Lead staffing, scheduling, and performance metrics for regional campuses and oversee operational performance.
• Drive process improvements and participate in IT, Operations, and EMR projects as a subject matter expert.
• Mentor staff, develops, and manages performance to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
