Job summary

Oregon State Treasury seeks a Data and Program Initiatives Director to define how performance is measured and to lead cross‑functional projects statewide. You will guide program evaluations, engage with vendors and partners, and present to boards and policymakers.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong collaboration, and the ability to align initiatives with statewide savings programs. Hybrid work with occasional in‑office Salem presence is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and five years coordinating or administering a program, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Experience with program performance reviews, metrics, and policy development.
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams and public agencies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain network-wide objectives and key results to maximize program effectiveness.
• Manage quarterly and annual program reviews, evaluating resources, policies, and priorities.
• Research best practices and recommend changes to policies and priorities.
• Coordinate partnerships with stakeholder organizations to advance objectives.
• Lead implementation of new programs and initiatives with third‑party vendors.
