Job summary

CareOregon, Inc. seeks a Director of Provider Data Management to lead enterprise provider data and credentialing. This role drives strategic planning, operational excellence, and compliance across Medicaid and Medicare lines.

The position requires in-office presence in downtown Portland 3 days/week and offers a strong Total Rewards Program with bonus targets. The director will manage teams, oversee provider data systems, and partner across departments to ensure accurate network data and timely

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in health plan operations, provider network engagement and/or credentialing.
• Management/supervisory experience preferred across managed care environments.
• Strong understanding of Medicaid/Medicare, provider data, and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for provider data management, including credentialing and provider data.
• Develop and oversee proactive strategic initiatives for network development and data management.
• Ensure provider data systems are compliant with plan policies and regulatory requirements.
• Lead budgeting, staffing, and performance management for the provider data team.
