Job summary

WPS, a health solutions company, seeks a Director to lead cybersecurity architecture, IAM strategy, and Zero Trust across enterprise systems, cloud platforms and networks. You will shape target-state architecture and guide security modernization while balancing business enablement and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include establishing governance, driving least privilege and RBAC, and communicating risks to senior leadership. Hybrid work option in Wisconsin is available.

Qualifications

• US citizenship required due to DoD restrictions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, CS, IS, Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years in progressive cybersecurity or related technology roles with enterprise strategy experience.
• 5+ years of management / people leadership experience.
• Strong depth across identity, cloud, network, application and data security architecture.
• Experience governing IAM capabilities including authentication, authorization, RBAC, MFA.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain WPS’s enterprise cybersecurity architecture strategy and target-state.
• Lead enterprise IAM strategy, least privilege, privileged access, and identity governance.
• Drive Zero Trust implementation across identity, devices, apps and networks.
• Establish governance and secure-by-design review processes for solution design.
• Set architecture principles for cloud, network, data, and emerging tech (AI/ML).
• Lead development and maturity roadmap for Zero Trust and architecture capability.
