Job summary

WPS Health Solutions in Madison, WI is seeking a Director, Cyber Trust & Architecture to lead enterprise cybersecurity architecture, IAM strategy, and secure-by-design practices across the organization. You will guide architecture for cloud, AI security, and Zero Trust, reporting to the CISO, with hybrid work options in Wisconsin.

The role requires DoD-related citizenship, 10+ years in cybersecurity, and 5 years of leadership, with strong executive communication skills and a track record of

Qualifications

• US citizenship required for DoD restrictions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 10+ years of progressive cybersecurity/ information security experience.
• 5 years of management/people leadership experience.
• Strong depth across identity, cloud, network, application, and data security architectures.
• Experience developing enterprise IAM capabilities, including authentication, authorization, identity governance, and MFA.
• Ability to translate complex control gaps into business risk and guide remediation with executive communication.
• Ability to design security architecture across on-premises, cloud, SaaS, and data environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain WPS's enterprise cybersecurity architecture strategy and target-state architecture.
• Lead enterprise IAM strategy and maturity for least privilege, privileged access, RBAC, and identity governance.
• Establish cybersecurity architecture governance and secure-by-design review processes.
• Set principles and standards for cloud, network, data, and emerging technologies (including AI/ML).
• Lead Zero Trust architecture development and maturity roadmap across identity, devices, apps, and networks.
