Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 5 years of related fundraising or development experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication is essential.
• Proven customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and follow through.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% and occasionally work nights/weekends.
• Commitment to confidentiality and ethical information handling.
• Familiarity with advancement/fundraising concepts and compliance.
• Christians preferred and aligned with NNU mission.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual corporate and foundation fundraising strategies with measurable outcomes.
• Research, monitor, and administer grant activities including reporting.
• Draft grant requests, progress reports, and supporting documents.
• Provide stewardship updates to donors and cultivate relationships.
• Collaborate with Marketing on materials and website content for corporate/foundation relations.
• Oversee events and collaborations within the Office of University Advancement.
• Support team projects and participate in community events and outreach.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
