Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
10+ years proven donor management, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship experience.
Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) preferred.
Experience drafting foundation proposals and case materials to support solicitations.
Knowledge of donor development laws and regulations governing fundraising.

Responsibilities

Serve as the enterprise lead for corporate and foundation relations and own strategy for application, stewardship, execution, and results.
Set multi-year revenue strategies for corporate and foundation philanthropy aligned with organizational priorities.
Establish annual and multiyear revenue goals and monitor progress.
Lead the development of a comprehensive foundation fundraising strategy including initiatives.
Advise senior leaders on high-value relationships and opportunities.
Design metrics and dashboards to evaluate ROI and pipeline health.
