Job summary

ADP is seeking a Director – COS to lead the Comprehensive Outsourcing Services within National Accounts Services. You will provide strategic performance leadership, drive client retention and satisfaction, oversee operations and cost management, and guide service delivery transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Build a high-performing COS delivery organization aligned with client goals.
• Manage strategic client relationships and ensure SLAs are met.
• Oversee payroll administration service delivery across ADP units.
• Lead client retention strategies and customer service initiatives.
• Drive service delivery transformation and continuous improvement.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and reporting.
• Prepare and lead client operational reviews and performance discussions.
• Mentor associates and develop future leaders.
