Job summary

ADP is seeking an experienced attorney to lead complex commercial transactions for the Global Contracts Team. The role involves negotiating client, strategic and vendor contracts and advising senior stakeholders on contract strategy and risk.

You will collaborate across ADP business units, including National Account Services, Compliance Solution Services and Procurement, contributing to innovative contracting processes in a highly visible position.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor Degree from an ABA accredited law school.
Candidate must be a member of a state bar in one of the 50 states.
8+ years of relevant legal experience focused on contract negotiation, outsourcing and technology transactions, and risk management.
Top law firm and some in-house experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Draft, negotiate and close a wide variety of complex outsourcing and technology contracts.
Collaborate with sales, finance and business leadership to reach successful contract outcomes.
Advise ADP personnel at all levels on contract terms and business risk.
Develop and conduct training on contract terms and ADP positions.
