Job summary

ADP is seeking a COS Sr. Director, Client Services in the National Accounts organization to guide service strategy and optimize client experience.

You will manage multiple service teams, focus on NPS, retention, and productivity, and mentor direct reports while collaborating with senior leadership to align COS standards across regions. You will work closely with executives to drive business impact, talent development, and operational excellence, with ~5 direct reports and a hybrid work setup

Qualifications

• 12+ years' experience in a related management capacity in a high-performance service environment.
• Experience leading leaders and large cross-functional teams.
• Ability to interact with C-suite and external executives at a high level.
• Experience with matrix management and talent development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategy for servicing and supporting the assigned market segment.
• Drive client experience metrics (NPS, retention, productivity) and associate engagement.
• Lead a virtual and matrix-managed organization with senior reporting teams.
• Partner with service VPs to drive engagement, growth, and performance.
