You will oversee staff planning, client retention, financial guidance, and project scope development while mentoring managers and conducting Board meetings to advance governance and quality control.

• Experience leading teams in community management or similar.
• Strong financial and operational oversight abilities.
• Proven ability to drive client satisfaction and retention.

Responsabilidades

• Align team with company mission and values.
• Responsible for client retention and satisfaction.
• Oversee staff planning, decision-making, facilitation and process improvement.
• Provide regular feedback, develop subordinates’ skills and growth.
• Delegate assignments, empower independence, set expectations and monitor progress.
• Advise on financial strategies and decisions for clients and team.
• Review assets, liabilities and overall financial conditions.
• Effectively manage teams.
• Develop RFPs and scopes of works for projects.
• Assist Board of Directors with action items and to-dos.
• Attend and conduct Board meetings.
• Quality control supervision over manager activities.
