Job summary

IDEAYA Biosciences is seeking an Associate Director of Clinical Supply Chain to lead end-to-end management of clinical trial materials across IDEAYA programs. You will partner with CMC, QA, Clin Dev, Regulatory, and Program Management to ensure compliant, on-time supply and distribution for global trials.

Reporting to the Director, Clinical Supply Chain, you will optimize forecasting, vendor management, labeling, and packaging while maintaining strict quality and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Supply Chain, Engineering, or life sciences.
• 10+ years in biotech/pharma with 7+ years in Clinical Supply Chain.
• Experience with CMC operations desirable.
• Knowledge of forecasting, inventory management, IRT, and drug supply.
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage external global partners to ensure drug supply.
• Develop and implement supply chain policies and improvements.
• Assist with departmental budgeting and invoicing inquiries.
• Prepare study Pharmacy Manuals and related training materials.
• Document CTM supply activities for the Trial Master File.
• Forecast demand and monitor inventory at sites/depots.
• Coordinate packaging, labeling, distribution, and returns of CTM.
• Oversee IRT specifications, UAT, and resupply processes.
• Ensure regulatory compliant CTM releases and shipment docs.
