The San Jose/Evergreen Community College District invites applications for the Director of College Fiscal Services at Evergreen Valley College. This full-time, 12-month management position reports to the Vice President of Administrative Services and operates Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.

– 5:00 p.m. Responsibilities include directing the College Business Office, budgeting, GAAP/GASB compliance, and financial reporting, with oversight of accounts payable, receivable, and grants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration or closely related field.
• Five years of budgeting and accounting experience including two at supervisory/manager level.

Responsabilités

• Plan, direct and evaluate the College Business Office activities.
• Develop and monitor the annual budget and grant budgets.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger entries.
• Ensure internal controls and financial reporting meet GAAP/GASB standards.
• Lead staff, supervise employees and provide training as needed.
