Crossroads Treatment Centers seeks a Director of Clinical Systems Engineering to lead requirements elicitation across clinical, pharmacy, revenue cycle and compliance teams. You will translate needs into specs for build, testing and auditing, and manage interfaces across HL7/FHIR, data exchanges, and reporting pipelines.

The role requires SQL proficiency, experience with EHRs, and vendor coordination to ensure regulatory compliance and successful migrations.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in health informatics, information systems, computer science, healthcare or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred; seven+ years in clinical applications/configuration is implied.

Mansioni

• Lead requirements elicitation with clinical, pharmacy, front office and compliance teams.
• Translate needs into functional/technical specifications for build, test and audit.
• Drive requirements sign‑off, manage scope and change impact.
• Oversee interfaces, data exchange, and HL7/FHIR messaging.
• Develop and validate reports, dashboards, and data extracts.
