Job summary

You will approve high-impact designs, govern standards at scale, and balance demand and capacity while advancing automation and operational excellence.

The role requires deep expertise in clinical data management, multi-system data flows, and cross-functional leadership, with track record in leading geographically distributed teams

Qualifications

• Experience reviewing complex designs and integration patterns; optimize mappings and data lineage.
• Proven ability to lead study-level design/build/test/release efforts including eCRFs.
• Strong hands-on experience with clinical data management systems.
• Experience managing large, geographically distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead study-integration delivery across programs and regions.
• Approve high-impact designs; govern standards at scale; drive automation.
• Own integrated plans from design through closeout; synchronize releases.
• Ensure production-readiness of technical components before first patient visit.
• Oversee decommissioning with audit-ready documentation.
• Lead high-risk studies and cross-program integrations.
• Set technical strategy; translate objectives into roadmaps and outcomes.
• Govern governance forums; communicate status, risks, and decisions.
• Define and manage SOWs/SLAs/SLOs; monitor providers.
• Champion risk-based computer system validation and inspection readiness.
• Coordinate audits, responses, and action plans.
• Build business cases; define OKRs/KPIs and dashboards.
• Act as design authority for data collection, flows, and validation.
• Mentor team; improve agile, testing, and automation practices.
