Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in life sciences or related field.
• 5–8 years' experience in clinical data management.
• Strong knowledge of GCP and clinical trial methodology.
• Ability to lead data management across multiple studies.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical data management across trials with timely, compliant data outputs.
• Define and drive trial-level data strategies aligned with program objectives and standards.
• Oversee end-to-end data management from collection to database lock readiness.
• Represent CDM in forums, influence decisions and resolve data topics with urgency.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and cross-trial issues with proactive mitigation.
• Reinforce Quality by Design and audit readiness across trials.
• Share insights to strengthen decision-making across the portfolio.
