Qualifications

Experience in luxury retail or contact center is a plus.
Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive measurable impact.

Responsibilities

Lead a comprehensive analytics framework to monitor performance, KPIs, and reporting tools.
Provide forecasting, insights, and strategic recommendations to improve efficiency and results.
Oversee budgeting, cost control, and monthly financial forecasts.
Partner with cross-functional teams including Finance, Commercial Ops, and LV Paris HQ to align priorities.
Collaborate with retail and digital partners to identify trends and opportunities.
