Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to the senior leadership team and translate vision into actionable roadmaps.
• Create and evolve operating rhythms to provide clarity, focus, and cohesion across the organization.
• Design scalable tools and processes that enhance organizational effectiveness and transparency.
• Partner with Corporate Finance to synchronize financial forecasts with roadmaps and resource allocations.
• Act as the central connector across Product, Tech, Design, and Finance to align objectives.
• Lead high-stakes, matrixed initiatives and surface learnings to drive operational solutions.
