Capital One is seeking a Director, Chief of Staff to partner with the CDX leadership team. You will translate vision into actionable roadmaps, orchestrate executive planning, and drive cross‑functional priorities across Product, Tech, Design and Finance.

You will build scalable governance processes, partner with Corporate Finance to ensure financial realism, and lead high‑impact projects across the organization to unlock value and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years of experience in Project Management, Process Management, or Chief of Staff roles.
• 3+ years of people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic advisor and operating partner to senior leadership, turning vision into actionable roadmaps.
• Create and evolve operating rhythms to provide clarity and cohesion across priorities and planning processes.
• Design scalable tools and processes to improve transparency and rigor in operations.
• Co‑ordinate with Finance to align roadmaps with forecasts and optimize resource allocations.
• Act as the central connector across Product, Tech, Design and Finance to ensure alignment on shared objectives.
• Lead high‑stakes, cross‑domain projects in a matrixed environment.
