Responsibilities

Serve as strategic advisor to the senior leadership team and translate vision into actionable roadmaps.
Create operating rhythms and orchestrate business priorities and strategic planning processes.
Design and implement scalable tools and processes that enhance organizational effectiveness and reporting.
Partner with Corporate Finance to align operational roadmaps with financial forecasts and resource allocations.
Act as the central connector across Product, Tech, Design, Finance to maintain alignment.
Lead high-stakes cross-domain initiatives independently to drive organizational change.
