Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Advise senior leadership and translate vision into actionable roadmaps for the organization.
• Evolve operating rhythms to drive clarity, focus, and cross‑functional alignment.
• Design scalable tools and reporting to improve organizational effectiveness.
• Partner with Corporate Finance to align roadmaps with forecasts and optimize resource allocation.
• Act as central connective tissue to maintain alignment across Product, Tech, Design, and Finance.
• Lead high‑stakes, matrixed initiatives to surface learnings and drive operational improvements.
