Job summary

Penn Medicine is hiring an Administrative Director for the Abramson Cancer Center at Pennsylvania Hospital. You will develop strategic programs and provide direction for the cancer service line in collaboration with UPHS leaders and key stakeholders.

The role requires a Master’s degree, an advanced degree in business or a clinical discipline, and 5+ years of experience leading an integrated service line in a complex health system. Registered Nurse background preferred; equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Master of Arts or Science is required.
• Advanced degree in business or a clinical discipline such as nursing, health care administration, or similar is required.
• 5+ years’ experience leading a highly integrated service line in a complex health care system (Required).

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing PAH Cancer Service Line Strategic Plan in collaboration with all key Penn Medicine stakeholders and UPHS.
• Establish and maintain Oncology Quality Improvement programs at the health system level.
• Operational management of Oncology In/Outpatient Care Services.
• Provide Cancer Service Line collaboration for all other Oncology Services.
• Lead Cancer Service Line Regulatory & Cancer Committee and integration planning.
