Penn Medicine is a leading academic medical center driven by care, research, and education. This role leads the Penn Cancer Network, coordinating with member institutions to evaluate partners, negotiate contracts, and plan network-wide objectives.

The position oversees program development across affiliate hospitals, ensures alignment with Penn Radiation Oncology, and directs CME and survivorship initiatives. Requires RN licensure with advanced leadership experience.

Qualificações

• RN or RN-GRAD or RN-TEMP (Required)
• Master's Degree (Nursing, Business, Hospital Administration, Social Work or other related field) AND 5+ years relevant oncology experience
• AND 3+ years of demonstrated leadership experience

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership to the Penn Cancer Network to evaluate new network members and assist in contract negotiations and strategic planning.
• Lead development of programs, services, and approaches to support community-based cancer programs at select hospitals in the region.
• Coordinate survivorship and genetics programs and align disease-site program development with Penn Medicine and affiliates.
