Penn Medicine’s Princeton Cancer Center seeks a Director of Cancer Services to lead the cancer program’s strategy, operations, and growth across outpatient infusion and nursing services.

The role collaborates with physician and nursing leadership to drive program development, financial performance, and integrated care across the cancer continuum, advancing clinical excellence and patient access.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in oncology or a complex cancer program.
• Progressive healthcare leadership experience with complex clinical operations.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary healthcare services with financial accountability.
• Demonstrated financial and business acumen to translate data into priorities.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic, operational, and business planning to drive Cancer Center growth and financial performance.
• Direct Outpatient Infusion and Cancer Center nursing operations and access.
• Partner with physician and nursing leadership to develop multidisciplinary cancer programs.
• Identify opportunities to grow volumes, referrals, and access while optimizing performance.
• Collaborate across Penn Medicine to advance clinical integration, research, and program development.
