Job summary

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business or related operations field or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in operations
• Experience in operational oversight, project management, or organizational planning
• Proven success managing cross-functional initiatives and enterprise projects

Responsibilities

• Lead the hotel operations to align with the university’s mission and financial goals.
• Oversee lease administration including negotiation, renewals, and rent escalations.
• Design and implement a centralized university-wide event management framework.
• Manage insurance program and risk/compliance for campus operations.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and report to COO.
