Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, finance, general management, or related discipline.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with responsibility for meaningful business outcomes.
• Strong financial literacy and experience working with budgets, forecasts, P&L considerations, or performance metrics.
• Proven ability to evaluate complex business challenges and develop practical solutions.
• Experience leading projects or initiatives across multiple departments.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with the ability to execute.
• Highly analytical with sound judgment and strong decision-making skills.
• Comfortable using technology, reporting platforms, data, and business systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with executive leadership.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; advanced education or comparable professional experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Work alongside executive leadership to establish and execute strategic business priorities.
• Evaluate financial and operational performance to uncover opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Analyze revenue, expenses, margins, KPIs, and other key business indicators.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, annual planning, and longer-term business planning.
• Develop reporting tools and performance dashboards that provide leadership with actionable insights.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives involving operations, finance, sales, marketing, technology, and customer experience.
• Assess business processes, systems, and organizational workflows for efficiency and scalability.
• Develop business cases and financial analyses for investments, new initiatives, and growth opportunities.
• Identify potential risks, performance gaps, and emerging business opportunities.
• Translate complex information into clear recommendations and executable action plans.
• Establish structures and processes that improve organizational accountability and decision-making.
• Manage high-priority projects with responsibility for milestones, outcomes, and measurable results.
• Support leadership in evaluating new markets, initiatives, partnerships, or expansion opportunities.
