Qualifications

• 8+ years in progressive operations, management, or leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight across core business operations and functional teams.

• Partner with senior leadership on budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and business priorities.
• Review existing processes, workflows, and SOPs to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Evaluate and implement systems, technology, and process improvements that support scalability.

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of progressive operations, management, or business leadership experience
• Previous experience leading teams at the senior manager, director, or comparable level
• Demonstrated success improving business processes and operational performance
• Strong understanding of budgets, financial metrics, KPIs, and performance reporting
• Experience managing and developing high-performing teams
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
• Comfortable working with technology, business systems, and data
• Ability to balance strategic priorities with hands‑on execution
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant professional experience
