Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is required.
• At least five (5) years of payroll, budget, or accounting experience required.
• At least three (3) years of supervisor experience required.
• Experience in a higher education institution or budget preparation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of Payroll Services and Budget Office operations.
• Ensure compliance with GASB standards and tax regulations.
• Develop and manage the College's annual budget and long-term financial plans.
• Coordinate payroll processing, property tax administration, and related reporting.
• Provide training on budget tools and payroll systems to district staff.
