Aufgaben

• Supervise Payroll Coordinator and oversee the complete payroll process (monthly/biweekly/student payrolls).
• Prepare journal entries for payroll payments and finalize tax/benefit payments.
• Prepare SU 990 and 990‑T tax returns and extensions for SU and SU Foundation.
• Review Forms K-1 and Forms 1042 related to international investments and vendor forms.
• Set up and maintain federal/state withholding tables in the Datatel system.
• Reconcile payroll liability accounts and respond with payroll reports to campus personnel.
