Cencora is seeking a Director for Branded & Specialty Rx Contracts. The role focuses on executing and administrating Branded and Specialty Rx agreements, negotiating terms with manufacturers, and ensuring all internal stakeholders are aligned across Legal, Finance, Operations and Sourcing teams.

Remote in the U.S. with preference for proximity to Philadelphia, PA; occasional travel 4-5 times per year is expected.

Qualifikationen

• 8–10 years of direct contract negotiation experience.
• Pharmaceutical healthcare contracting and/or distribution sourcing experience preferred.
• Strong negotiation and project management skills.
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce, SAP).
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment.
