Job summary

Position offers hybrid in-office Tuesdays and Thursdays at headquarters, with a Monday–Friday schedule and daily duties including data analysis, contract tracking, and cross-functional coordination across Supply

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, procurement, operations, or related field.
• 2 years of procurement, sourcing, category support, supply chain operations, purchasing, contract administration, or related field.
• CMP, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Certification in project management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage formulary initiatives within bidding portal.
• Track formulary requests and maintain master database (Retail Insights).
• Ensure formulary requests are carried out in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with the generic category management team.
• Circulate reports to stakeholders to track progress.
• Create and maintain a tracking database for contracting activities.
• Interact with Supply Chain, IT, Pricing, Operations, and Legal; vendors and manufacturers.
• Research and resolve issues related to formulary initiatives.
• Report activities to executives and internal departments.
• Organize projects and planning to meet milestones.
• Conduct data analysis and data research; ensure data accuracy.
• Provide ad hoc support to the generic sourcing team.
