Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Product Director, Bladder Cancer Professional Marketing, Erda-iDRS to be located in Horsham, PA.

You will lead development of comprehensive marketing plans, including strategy, messaging, and campaigns, to achieve business goals and drive launch success. Collaboration with Global Commercial Strategy, Sales, Medical Affairs, and brand teams is essential to deliver compelling assets and insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or related advanced degree helpful.
• 7+ years of relevant pharmaceutical/healthcare business experience.
• 5+ years in Sales, Marketing, Managed Care, or related leadership programs.
• Proven marketing, project management, and clear communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% (overnight/weekend travel possible).

Responsabilités

• Lead development of comprehensive marketing plans: strategy, positioning, campaigns, messaging.
• Own creation and optimization of promotional content and customer engagement tools.
• Collaborate with Global Commercial Strategy, Sales, Medical Affairs, and brand teams.
• Develop content with learning and development for sales meetings.
• Lead advisory boards, analytics, and market research for insights.
• Ensure pull-through of portfolio and testing narrative into field assets.
• Manage agencies to execute HCP tactics and materials.
• Coordinate promotional activities with sales leadership for field meetings.
• Partner with legal, medical, regulatory to approve marketing materials.
