Qualifications

• Master's level advanced scientific/medical degree required (e.g. MD, PhD, PharmD, MPH) with experience in solid tumors preferred.
• Minimum of 2+ years in a medical affairs role.
• 6–9 years of combined relevant experience in a medical/clinical environment, scientific function in pharma industry.
• Knowledge of TA products, both J&J and competitors.
• Experience in highly matrixed cross-functional teams and managing strategic relationships with medical experts.

Responsibilities

• Lead global medical affairs planning and execution for bladder cancer assets.
• Collaborate with regional medical TA/product leaders, GMALs and Clinical Development to align global strategies.
• Support global publication plans, advisory boards, and regional integration with evidence generation activities.
