Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Product Director, Bladder Cancer Professional Marketing, to be located in Horsham, PA. The role leads development of comprehensive marketing plans and promotional content to drive launch success and create strong customer engagement.

In this position, you will collaborate with Global Commercial Strategy, Sales, Medical Affairs, and other key partners while guiding learning and development for field teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree helpful.
• 7+ years of relevant business experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare.
• 5+ years in Sales, Marketing, Managed Care Account Management, Pricing and/or related fields.
• Ability to travel up to 20%, including overnight and weekend travel.

Responsabilidades

• Develop comprehensive marketing plans, including strategy, positioning, promotional campaigns and messaging, to achieve business goals and drive launch success.
• Own the creation and optimization of promotional content and customer engagement tools across all customer-facing channels.
• Ensure strategies and assets are developed in partnership with Global Commercial Strategy, Sales, Medical Affairs, and other internal partners.
• Lead advisory boards, analytics, and market research to generate insights for marketing initiatives in partnership with the insights and analytics team.
• Coordinate promotional activities with sales leadership and deliver strategic content for field meetings.
