Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Oncology Communications, Bladder Cancer and GU Public Affairs. Hybrid role in Raritan, NJ or Spring House, PA, leading strategy and execution across global and local channels to support bladder cancer priorities.

The role partners with R&D, Medical Affairs, Public Affairs, and regional teams to deliver clear narratives, impactful messaging, and coordinated campaigns while advancing business priorities and strengthening the company’s

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in communications, public affairs, or related field with a strong track record of results.
• Experience supporting global or regional communications strategies, including oncology or genitourinary oncology, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support global and local communications and public affairs activations for the bladder cancer portfolio, aligning with broader GU strategy.
• Provide day-to-day communications counsel to connect business objectives with outcomes.
• Translate complex scientific content into accessible messaging across channels.
• Enable globally consistent, locally activated communications and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Embed public affairs considerations into Therapeutic Area strategies to support policy and access.
