Job summary
Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting for an Associate Director, Integrated Analytics – Bladder Oncology, based in Horsham, PA. This role leads integrated analytics to generate business insights and growth opportunities for the bladder portfolio within Solid Tumor Oncology, supporting Erda-iDRS launch and partnering with Inlexzo analytics.
The candidate will guide leadership through data-driven decisions, build scalable analytics, and mentor the Strategic Insights team, with ~10%
Qualifications
- 7+ years of analytics, BI, or related experience.
- Experience with pharma datasets (IQVIA DDD, Xponent, NPA, NSP, etc.).
- Proficiency in analytics tools (SQL, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerBI/Tableau).
- Ability to translate analytics into actionable recommendations for business decisions.
- Strong storytelling and data visualization skills.
Responsibilities
- Identify and automate key performance metrics to monitor performance.
- Execute KPI plans and report ongoing performance.
- Evaluate business performance and provide actionable recommendations.
- Determine analytical approaches and data sources to address key questions.
- Synthesize analytics into actionable business insights for leadership.
- Lead and mentor team members in analytics capabilities.
