• Program Leadership and Department Management: Supervise Center Heads of Athletics and Aquatics and set performance goals.
• Program Development and Participant Experience: Oversee design and evaluation of programs for diverse ages and skill levels.
• Staff Leadership and Professional Development: Mentor Center Heads and senior staff; oversee recruitment and onboarding processes.
