Job summary

Arch Amenities Group, located with The Mayerson JCC in Ohio, seeks an Aquatics Director to lead and coordinate all aquatic facilities and programming. This role requires strong leadership to ensure safety, schedules, and guest satisfaction align with Arch standards.

You will drive staff recruitment/training, manage the annual pool operations budget, and develop programs to increase member participation. Certifications and flexible scheduling are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Physical Education, Exercise Science, Health Education or related field.
• Minimum of two years experience in aquatics management.
• Lifeguard, pool operator, CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Availability for nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Arch Amenities Group standards for guest experience.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive facility operations manual.
• Submit paperwork and financial reporting as required.
• Develop and manage annual pool operations budget.
• Hire, train and develop department staff.
• Ensure safety and compliance of all aquatic facilities.
