Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in athletics, aquatics, youth development, or community programming.
• Proven experience managing senior leaders and multi-program operations.
• Strong financial acumen, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Excellent organizational, strategic planning, and multitasking abilities.
• Calm, solutions-oriented leader with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking for all Athletics and Aquatics programs, focusing on sustainable growth and profitability.
• Monitor enrollment, retention, staffing ratios, and program margins; adjust strategy to meet goals.
• Ensure responsible management of divisional budgets, payroll, and resource allocation.
• Partner with the Executive Director on long-range planning, capital needs, and expansion opportunities.
• Provide direct supervision and leadership to Center Heads of Athletics and Aquatics; set clear expectations and goals.
