The role requires deep technical expertise, life sciences domain knowledge, and ability to influence senior stakeholders in a matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in data science, AI/ML, or life sciences analytics.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional AI/ML initiatives in pharma or healthcare.
• Strong executive communication and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience with governance, privacy, regulatory considerations in AI projects.

Responsibilities

• Set AI/DS strategy for BARDS aligned with Commercial and Medical priorities.
• Lead deployment of AI/ML and GenAI solutions across priority business areas.
• Establish AI governance, risk management, and responsible AI practices.
• Oversee Dataiku and related AI platforms adoption and enablement.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to drive adoption and business value.
