Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of business development or program management in the aerospace industry or Industrial Gas Turbine industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex aerospace or IGT programs and securing new business.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new opportunities in the Industrial Gas Turbine and power generation market in the US.
• Lead strategic account planning, opportunity pipeline management, bid/pricing strategy, and booking forecasts.
• Generate leads through networking and cold-calling prospective clients; lead proposal development and negotiations for new contracts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and develop customer solutions.
• Oversee key engine programs from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
