Job summary

Novant Health is seeking a Director of Case Management to provide operational leadership for acute care case management across the system. You will partner with hospital leaders, physicians, and external agencies to ensure an effective program while guiding strategic planning and budgetary decisions.

The role requires an advanced degree and a track record of leadership in CM, with active licensure and CM certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing or MSW accredited by relevant body, preferred.
• Minimum three years leadership experience in acute care case management, five years in CM or related field preferred.
• Active nursing license in state(s) of practice; CM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for acute care case management across the system.
