Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Direct Sale Specialist in Dayton, OH to prospect, sell, and manage relationships with top direct sale customers. You will drive adoption of Shop myCintas and improve customer satisfaction through proactive business reviews with operational recommendations.

Qualifications

Valid and active driver's license required.
Minimum three years’ experience in a related field required.
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage strategic catalog customer relationships within top 250; coordinate account team efforts to ensure customer satisfaction.
Sell new apparel programs to mid-size and corporate account customers to achieve new business target over a geographical area.
Prospect potential direct sale customers within geographical area through research and networking with partners to identify opportunities.
Conduct annual product line reviews with top 250 customers to identify new products and discontinue low performers.
Perform semi-annual business reviews with top 250 customers reviewing product sales, Shop myCintas utilization, and service levels.
Drive gross margin growth with top 250 customers and implement annual price increases when needed.
