Cintas Corporation is seeking an energetic Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team in the Dayton/Cincinnati area. You will prospect, develop, and close new business, helping customers with work apparel solutions and our Ready for the Workday program.

In this B2B role you’ll use CRM tools, deliver product demonstrations, negotiate effectively, and achieve weekly sales goals. A competitive base salary with commission and a car package supports your success and career growth.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet and CMS.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within your territory.
• Utilize CRM to identify, prospect, close new business and consistently achieve weekly sales goals and quotas.
• Conduct product demonstrations and negotiations, overcoming objections and closing deals.
