TalentReel, LLC. seeks an experienced Procurement Manager to strengthen and evolve purchasing across North American manufacturing locations.

You will oversee categories, manage supplier partnerships, negotiate contracts, and drive cost efficiency while collaborating with operations and internal teams. The ideal candidate has a manufacturing procurement background, builds strong supplier relationships, and takes ownership of purchasing decisions in a centralized model.

Formación

• 5+ years of procurement, purchasing, strategic sourcing, or category management within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate supplier contracts, manage vendor relationships, and deliver measurable cost improvements.
• Strong understanding of purchasing strategies, supplier performance management, and cost analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Manage assigned purchasing categories across multiple manufacturing facilities, focusing on direct materials and supplier performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating pricing, terms, and contracts.
• Evaluate purchasing trends, supplier capabilities, and market conditions to identify cost savings and process improvements.
• Develop purchasing strategies that support production requirements, cost objectives, and long-term needs.
• Partner with manufacturing, operations, engineering, and quality teams to ensure material availability.
• Monitor supplier performance related to pricing, quality, delivery, and service, addressing issues.
• Support standardization of purchasing practices, supplier agreements, and materials across facilities.
• Identify opportunities to consolidate purchasing volume and improve leverage with suppliers.
• Assess supply chain risks and develop strategies to minimize disruptions.
• Help implement procurement process improvements and support centralized purchasing.
