Job summary

Kindeva is seeking a Procurement Direct Buyer to secure direct materials for production in a fast-paced, regulated manufacturing environment. You will manage supplier relationships, issue POs, monitor on-time delivery, and collaborate with production, quality, and supply chain teams to maintain material availability and compliance.

Responsibilities include sourcing, negotiating terms, and ensuring quality and delivery standards through cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field required.
• 5+ years’ procurement experience or 3+ years with a Master’s degree.
• Experience with Power BI.
• 3+ years in a highly regulated industry (pharmaceutical, medical device, etc.).
• 3+ years’ experience in procurement, sourcing, contracts, analytics, ERP Systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP tools.
• Knowledge of Incoterms 2020.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Review requirements and research purchase history to purchase raw materials.
• Source, evaluate and select suppliers; negotiate pricing and terms.
• Issue purchase requisitions and orders; ensure on-time delivery and align with production schedules.
• Expedite/de-expedite materials and monitor OTD reports (Power BI).
• Coordinate with procurement, production, supply chain and quality; communicate changes.
