Job summary

Kindeva is seeking a Supply Chain Planner II in Lexington, KY to coordinate demand signals with manufacturing capacity and material availability, ensuring reliable delivery of life-changing therapies. You will drive end-to-end planning across demand, production, and materials in a highly regulated CDMO environment.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision making, and continuous improvement, with a focus on maintaining service levels and inventory optimization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 3–6+ years in demand/production planning or supply chain in regulated manufacturing.
• Experience with GMP/FDA/EMA requirements and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate forecasts, historical demand and inputs into rolling demand plan.
• Develop and maintain feasible master production schedules.
• Perform rough-cut and detailed capacity planning for lines, labor, and equipment.
• Align production plans with material availability and inventory targets.
• Support S&OP/SOE cycles and communicate risks and mitigations clearly.
• Maintain planning data in ERP and MRP systems and develop KPIs (OTIF, inventory turns).
